I kinda don't want anyone else to know how great this place is but it's for real! Relaxed atmosphere, old school games, friendly proprietors, old piano just waiting to be played, choice piped in music, delicious food, over the top cocktails. Bloody Mary is the best I've ever had and I'm picky about my Bloody Mary experience. Wish I lived closer!
One of the absolute coolest places I have been to locally! The owner is awesome and the detail and vibe of the spot just rocks!
Loved this place! Got the Sampler and enjoyed all of it! The sides of mac, baked beans, and cole slaw were just as amazing as the bbq. Owner and staff are also incredibly friendly. Sure makes the experience 10/10
An amazing addition to Bryan, OH. I love the atmosphere. Nothing is better than sitting outside, watching the trains go by, and eating top notch smoked food.
I literally have nothing negative to say about this place. From the welcoming owner and bartender, to the cool train station atmosphere (it's a real 100+ yr old building)the waaay better than expected food (Bison chili was top notch), delicious spicy bloody marys, and clean restroom. If you are ever near Bryan Ohio and looking for some good food/drink, this is a must stop. Only thing I can gripe about was not getting some chili to take home for later
This place is a MUST STOP if you're in this area. Between the food, the service and the atmosphere, it truly is amazing. The food is crazy good. They specialize in barbeque. I had the smoked wings and the ribs there and took home the brisket and the pulled pork. It was all fantastic. They have a large smoker on site and they know what they're doing! The manager (Johnny?) and the bartender were wonderful. Super helpful and kind as I was trying to figure out what to eat. They make a point to remember names and faces, which is really neat. The atmosphere is very cool! It's in a old mid 19th century train station, and is set up like a museum with artifacts and memorabilia. If you're a train enthusiast, it's a must see for that alone. It has a very cool bar area serving a wide array or beers and homemade mixed drinks. They have a 'back room' with additional seating, a pool table and TV's. They also have a wide selection of merch you can choose from. Just a great place. Highly recommended!
I very rarely am like a kid in a candy shop. I pulled into the parking lot and immediately knew I had made the right decision picking this restaurant for our stop. Third Rail Saloon is in an old renovated train depot (already amazing) and has a wonderful, rather large outdoor space with an outdoor bar shed. As I climbed the historic railroad tie stairs I thought to myself "HOW COOL IS THIS PLACE?!" Immediately after taking one step in the door I knew I was in love. I wish I lived closer than 3 hours away. There are spectacular buffalo mounts on the walls and the decor was absolutely incredible, perfect for their old railroad theme. Then is very western, industrial, historic, rustic and masculine (all the things I love). Drink menu was right up my alley. Margaritas. Bourbon. Mocktails. Something for everybody. The bbq and Mac n cheese... to die for. Service was impeccable. Bartender and Owner had great recommendations and were so friendly in letting us in on all of Bryan's tourist offerings. We will absolutely be back.
Food always on point, Mr Wheeler is a BBQ whisperer.... Service is amazing considering its just 2 and busy always during the right times! This is one cool place for vibe! Bar none, one of the coolest places around this area!!!!
Such a cool spot! Highly recommended! Food was very Yummy! Brisket sandwich was tender and delicious! Beers were ice cold and the staff was on it! Was even able to see a few train go by!

Third Rail in Bryan has an amazing atmosphere with it being an old train depot. The Bbq here is amazing! they offer wings, ribs, brisket sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, bologna sandwiches, and more! Indoor and outdoor seating. And a great place to grab a drink!
